Yes! Our apartment amenities include a furniture package with stainless steel appliances in the kitchen, in-unit washer and dryer, a queen-sized or twin-sized beds and pillow mattress (depending on the floor plan), a nightstand, dresser drawers, a desk and chair, and lounge seating and a coffee table in the living space.
Housing contracts are 12-month agreements that coincide with the local academic calendar.
If you do not financially qualify on your own, we do accept a qualified guarantor. Potential guarantors must meet minimum income and credit requirements and sign the guarantor addendum to each contract. If an applicant is unable to provide a qualified guarantor, we require that applicants submit an additional security deposit to reserve their spot at our housing community. We know our residents lead busy lives and have a lot on their plates, so we’ve simplified the process of paying monthly installments. Residents can either pay online using our convenient resident portal or drop off a check in-person at our leasing office. We also give residents the option to set up automatic payments, so making payments on time is easy.
Yes! 1047 hosts an on-site community team that is available to assist residents with any questions, comments, or concerns they may have regarding our community. We also have a maintenance staff readily available in the event something breaks inside of a resident’s apartment.
For the duration of your lease term, the total rent is divided into 12 equal installments. Each installment covers a portion of the total rent cost and is not dependent on monthly rental rates, eliminating the need for proration based on your move-in or move-out date.
